Brandi is a dedicated professional with specialized training and a keen interest in sexual health, gender, and sex. She is a registered provisional psychologist who graduated with a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Thompson Rivers University,  an undergraduate degree in education from the University of Alberta, and earned her master’s degree from Yorkville University. As a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), she is committed to maintaining high standards of practice in the field.

Brandi’s passion lies in helping individuals and couples navigate their sexual health and relationships, fostering a deeper understanding and connection. She works with various aspects of sexual health and has a strong interest in sex and trauma, the intersection of sex and religious trauma, as well as in sexual forensic risk assessment. She is dedicated to providing safe spaces for clients to explore their sexuality, offering support to those affected by these complex issues.

Brandi uses an eclectic array of modalities in her therapeutic approach, tailoring her methods to best meet the needs of her clients. Additionally, she co-hosts a podcast with Dr. Hrushka that explores a wide range of topics related to sex and gender, offering insightful and engaging discussions to educate and support their listeners. She is also a content creator for the Insight Amare Sex and Gender Institute. Brandi is dedicated to continued professional development to ensure she remains at the forefront of her field. Through her expertise and outreach, she aims to provide compassionate and effective support to those seeking to improve their overall sexual well-being.
