Sabrina has been passionately involved in the field of sex, sexual health, and gender since earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2010. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to supporting diverse populations, including sex workers, neurodiverse individuals, and both perpetrators and victims of sexual violence. Her work aims to help individuals better understand their relationship with sex and gender, fostering healthier sexual relationships within our community.

Sabrina has been passionately involved in the field of sex, sexual health, and gender since earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta in 2010. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to supporting diverse populations, including sex workers, neurodiverse individuals, and both perpetrators and victims of sexual violence. Her work aims to help individuals better understand their relationship with sex and gender, fostering healthier sexual relationships within our community.

In 2021, Sabrina completed her Master of Counselling at the University of Calgary, deepening her knowledge and commitment to sex and gender issues. Her background includes attending the University of Guelph’s Intensive Sex Therapy Program and the University of Alberta’s Graduate Certificate in Sexual Health. She has participated in numerous sex and gender-related conferences and is an active member of the American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counsellors, and Therapists (AASECT).

Sabrina offers sex therapy counselling services and was the creator of the Insight Amare Series – The Sex Education You Wish You Got. She is a strong advocate for improving sexual health and gender education, as well as creating inclusive spaces for individuals to explore their sexuality. Her experience also includes teaching at MacEwan University in the Department of Public Safety and Justice Studies. As one of the Institutes content creators and educators, Sabrina looks forward to sharing her knowledge, learning from others, and advancing conversations around sex and gender.
